The International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, extends an open invitation for the public to attend the public session of Meeting.02 of the Binational Core Group (BCG) of the Tijuana River Basin (TRB), to be held ONLINE on October 27, 2020.
Minute 320, signed on October 5, 2015, establishes the Binational Core Group (BCG) as the entity created "to recommend jointly-identified cooperative measures to address transboundary issues in the Tijuana River Basin". Pursuant to Minute 320, the BCG is composed of representatives from the Commission, federal, state and local governments, and non-governmental organizations from both countries. In doing so, IBWC promotes an inclusive process to obtain advice and recommendations from stakeholders in the region on issues that are of common interest and benefit to residents on both sides of the border.
